► Climate Technology Solutions is the business unit within Baker Hughes designed to accelerate the decarbonization of both energy and hard-to-abate industries. ► Due to COVID-19, in 2020 I relocated to my home country. ► In 2019 I was selected to join the Baker Hughes IMPACT program, the leadership development program for the company high-performing professionals. As first assignment, I moved to the controls business unit in Colorado, USA, with the role of Growth Leader for North America reporting into the Director of Program Management. ► From 2011 to 2014, I led 3 technology development programs to bring the most advanced gas turbines to the LNG market.
