Divided London is a streetwear clothing brand I co-founded during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been responsible for operating, maintaining and managing essentially every area of the business. This includes content creation (photographing all of the products, creating videos that promote the products, making content that shows off the brand vibes and ideology), finances, content distribution/managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), website creation (Shopify), graphic design (producing all of the digital images and logos that have been used on our clothing), organising photoshoots and other meetings with clients and models, finalising order details with manufacturers (size charts, fabric densities and weights, material types, wash methods, etc) and many other details that are essential when running a new business.

I've focused on videography and photography since 2013 when I bought my first camera. I've taken the experience i've gathered from years of videography in to any jobs i've had since, particularly Divided London, a company I co-founded in 2021, where these skills i've collected have come particularly useful. I've worked with many individuals and brands, helping them to create content that assists in promoting themselves on various platforms.

A stepping stone job I used to afford videography/photography equipment that I would use to film promotional videos for companies including my own business.

I spent 1 month at The Mill, shadowing various individuals who each specialise in a very particular sector of the company. I was very fortunate to be given the opportunity to move around the studio to observe how the entire process of advertising for companies takes place, from the initial meeting with clients, to the final distribution stage. This work experience massively helped me to build an understanding for how the industry operates while simultaneously improving my skill set in each of the sectors that take place within The Mill.
