With over 25 years of experience in management and structuring of large infrastructure projects, I am the General Manager at CDPQ Infra, a subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, one of the largest institutional investors in Canada and North America. My mission is to deliver sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions that create value for society and generate returns for our investors.I have successfully led and participated in complex and strategic infrastructure transactions across five continents, involving public-private partnerships, concessions, and other models. I have extensive experience in international negotiations with governments, public stakeholders, investment funds, financial institutions, and industrial partners. I have also contributed to the executive level and board of directors of several infrastructure organizations.
