The construction industry—and its evolving needs—is at the heart of my practice. I help industry participants resolve their legal issues and challenges, both day-to-day and long-term. That could include, for example: a contract review at the beginning of a project; a scope of work issue during the project; a contentious project closeout that requires legal intervention to resolve; and anything in between. I am a versatile lawyer—a persuasive and clear writer; a strong, levelheaded advocate in depositions and court appearances; and a practiced navigator of the e-discovery process.I also enjoy giving seminars and webinars to educate industry members about changes in construction law and best practices for managing projects; all with an eye towards minimizing risk and achieving business objectives.
