It took me 5 years to complete my degree, despite graduating high school in the top 5% of my class with about a years worth of college credit. The simple reason was because I spent a couple of years figuring out what I wanted to do. My major went from game design, to engineering, to business, and finally to "Interdisciplinary Studies". I ultimately finished with a BA in IDS, with a focus on legal studies, criminal justice, and political science. I had a double minor in business and coaching. To put myself through school I became a certified personal trainer, and eventually went on to accomplish a lifelong dream of opening a personal training studio in 2019. Unfortunately I had to close it down due to COVID, but I was able to solidify valuable skills when it came to leadership, staff management, handling of payroll and various accounts, creating P&L statements, and several other upper management and ownership skillsets. This experience, paired with my college education, has allowed me to excel in just about any field due to my ability to pair a business, management, and financial foundation with legal principles. Through my personal training business I have built a network of connected real estate individuals prompting me to switch my focus over to the commercial real estate market. My goal is to eventually become a developer, and I determined that the first step was to enter this market and learn as much as I could while gaining as much experience and funds as possible. I would like to connect with anyone that is a business owner or has experience in any real estate sector or market. I'd also like to connect with people who are interested in finance, investments, and B2B networking.
