An executive leader experienced in supporting organisations undergoing complex transformation in both public and private sectors, in international and local markets. In my current role as Managing Director Suncorp Integration, I oversee the delivery of the integration roadmap, joint integration committees and the business forums necessary to deliver immediate and longer term value. Prior, I was the GM of HR for the Retail and Commercial Divisions where i led the people agenda for these businesses and was the HR Stream Sponsor for the Suncorp Integration. Critical to this role was the design and delivery of the people elements necessary to support the digital transformation of the Retail division.
