Safety was our number one priority at Healthy Way LLC. in my position I made sure of that. Collecting spore samples to be laboratory tested to provide quality service to the home owner and a testament to our professionalism. Preparations for the S.O.W to be performed was planned and executed meticulously; containment for reasons of safety was our number one priority throughout our entire process. Proper containment creates the necessary amount of negative air pressure during deconstruction extraction and sanitation of contaminated areas. It also creates a less invasive environment to the homeowner creating customer satisfaction. It was not only my job to perform these tasks it was also my duty to train new personnel how to perform these tasks effectively and professionally as well. My knowledge and duties extend beyond mold remediation. As a skilled carpenter and general contractor I was also responsible for material lists, organization of the project, outlining schedules, and installation of new construction.Most of our contracts were with homeowners who were in the process of selling their homes. With their choosing Healthy Way LLC as their provider they were able to pass inspection so that they can move on happily to the next location along their journey. It gives me a great deal of pride to know that I’ve helped so many people move forward in their lives. Working at Healthy Way LLC. was an incredible learning and growing opportunity with a company that demanded professionalism. I am very grateful for the time that I worked there. I learned a lot.

Construction is a very competitive field of work. Having a sustainable future in business relies on proper communication on and off the job site. Making material list meeting deadlines for inspection. Coordinating effectively with your fellow employees on other projects to make sure not only time frames are met but to be mindful of how much is being invested into the job through manned hours, labor, and materials. To ensure productivity meetings were held every morning on site to outline our S.O.W for the day. Ensuring effectiveness with what has already been scheduled and of course scheduling moving forward. Being in the field with other companies working on the same site you must have healthy working relationships and environments. Architectural plans more often then not with have conflicting designs that with affect one trade or another. Being able to trouble shoot these ahead of time to have signed change orders allows everyone to remain on schedule. Working at Innovative Communication Construction LLC. was an incredible work experience. Our contracts ranged from commercial, residential, indoor, outdoors, and home theater installations.

Creative, collaborative, and high energy. I was one of 1,200 applicants that applied for this incredible position that was given the opportunity to work it. You have to be able to handle a lot of information at one time. Coordinate individual employees, teams at other locations, and outside entities to ensure performance. As a project manager it was my dusty to facilitate my group every morning to identify each team members weak and strong suits. Creative building courses for teams to work on together to strategically strengthen the company from the inside out. These courses created an atmosphere that encourage a model for a student mentality and daily learning. Effectively creating better communication skills. Having a health competitive atmosphere in the office was great. Teams would have daily goals to meet and weekly challenges that helped us to push and provide a competitive edge.

Organization and scheduling to have effective time management are key when you are a personal assistant/home care provider. The ability to multitask be meticulous and the ability to remain calm are all necessary to be impactful and life changing personal assistant/home care provider. There were challenges that came along with being an assistant to a couple I met them daily and seen them as advantageous opportunities to become more skillful, reliable, and valuable in my role. Assisting in day to day living (i.e. doctors, medications, supplies, bills, managing properties etc.) Beyond my day to day assistance in living I was also their care provider. They both had various medical issues to address. The two biggest be dementia and diabetes. These provided challenges that required me to make decisions that were necessary yet not always understood or well received by all parties. Though communication is key but so is comprehension. Creating a balanced atmosphere instills a level of trust with someone with dementia. Though not all things are remembered or understood there is a reassurance when they feel that you have their best interest at hand. Working for Gabriel and Cheryl was a life changing experience.

Next level is what they are known for and why they also maintain some of NYC most exclusive clientele. The last location that I worked at was a 25 million dollar project that consisted of everything being accessible via electronic communications. The units location had expanded three times its original size and centralization and upgrades on all panels needed to be done with a tremendous amount of new home runs for high and low voltage. The level of organized professionalism that must be exhibited when working in such environments demands excellence. Ostroff was an incredible place of employment for learning and growing in my early professional life.
