• Manager of 4 Medical Offices in the Greater Atlanta area• Manages and coordinates all business functions in partnership with the clinical leaders, ensuring exceptional service and business excellence. • Resource balances Patient Service Representatives and Registration Staff across assigned medical offices to meet the needs of members in the delivery of excellent customer service. • Responsible for hiring, training and on-boarding of new staff and the ongoing competency validation.• Responsible for delivering corrective actions as appropriate and writing performance review (goal-setting, mid-cycle and year-end cycle).• Responds promptly to member concerns and makes service delivery/recovery a priority.• Serves as Unit Based Team(s) sponsor for the Registration Staff and Patient Services Representatives within assigned Service Area• Maintains effective working relationship with the clinical leaders, ancillary leaders and physician partners to ensure business functions at assigned MOBs meet and exceeds expectations.• Partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure appropriate services are available to members; enhancing the overall performance of the teams, medical office, organization and member experience.• Facilitates Operational processes by ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed in the medical offices within the service area• Facilitates facility security processes by partnering with the Security department• Partners with National Facilities Services to provide day to day oversight for the day porter and Facility Maintenance Engineer • Assures designated offices within the service area are in compliance with Federal, State and designated regulatory guidelines to include Business License and Occupational Tax documents. Assist with the preparation of surveys and audits to include and not limited to (DHR, EHS, NCQA, OSHA, WPS).
