Daniel has over 25 years of experience in product development (NPD) from concept to mass production, project management and engineering management. He holds a college diploma in physics technology from the CÉGEP de La Pocatière, a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and a master degree in optomechanics & innovation management from the École de technologie supérieure.Author of several publications, presentations and patents, Daniel first worked as a research assistant at the Centre d’optique, photonique et laser and the Laboratoire de physique atomique et moléculaire at Université Laval. He then joined the team of ITF Optical Technologies as project leader. He was subsequently consultant in optomechanical engineering and director at Photon etc before joining the NRC team.
