Today I asume the role of General Manager, focusing not only on Sales and Marketing but also on the organizational aspects of the company, such as defining different processes and company management.During this period of time, we have diversified our products and services and consolidated our relationship with customers and suppliers.We have developed our own business intelligence system to monitor customer projects, analysing them, choosing products and services to be sold and once the order has been placed, following them up until the end, focusing on absolute customer and supplier satisfaction.This system has been audited by Aquiles in 2.017 and recognized as a good model to follow.Nowadays, we are an approved vendor for all Spanish customers in their projects both in Spain and abroad.To assist our customers we work with different companies of the market that have been selected carefully. We have different level of agreements with some of them (Sales representative, distributor, casual agreements). It has given me a global view of the market and the companies that are part of the sector.
