I have led teams of up to 14,000, controlling budgets of up to $1.6B, and as Vice-Chair of Calastone, I participated in the acquisition of the majority of the firm by the Carlyle Group.I am deeply committed to inclusion, having created and implemented a Male Ally Program, which now has 5,000+ members.
