I was the managing partner of an AV rated boutique law firm in Roswell, Georgia for twelve years. We specialized in the legal representation of automobile dealerships, automotive-related businesses and manufacturers. I personally specialized in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and interest purchases of automobile dealerships and other automotive-related businesses. After twelve years of managing this firm, I started my own individual boutique practice in 2016 for automobile dealerships, automotive-related businesses and OEM manufacturers.

After a seven year career with Ford Motor Company, I joined Gort Hassett Cohen and Beitchman, a medium-size law firm in Atlanta. I built my private practice at that firm, specializing in the representation of automobile dealerships and automotive-related businesses. Two years later, this law firm moved to Perimeter Center and changed its name to Hassett and Cohen. I remained a partner there through May 2004, and left in June 2004 to start my own law firm, Bashuk & Glickman, LLP.

After graduating from the University of Georgia as a triple Dawg (BBA/JD/MBA (BBA Magna Cum Laude, MBA/JD Cum Laude), I joined the Lincoln Mercury Division of Ford Motor Company. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I traveled extensively around the United States, performing various legal and marketing functions. My responsibilities included zone management, sales, fleet, lease, dealer daily rental, marketing and market representation.
