Served as the primary legal counsel for major operational outsourcing transactions throughout the procurement process. Implemented policies and procedures that reduced contract processing time by over 80%. Supervised outside counsel during the prosecution of over 100 United States and foreign patent applications. Supervised outside commercialization consultants on the assessment and marketing of the university’s inventions. Advised a public television station and a commercial radio station on contract, intellectual property, and FCC issues. Reported to the Senior Counsel for Business Transactions.
