Customer Service Representative
Current- Work closely with client base to understand their schedules, priorities and to ensure the best possible customer service.- Manage and provide customer support to over 100 individual projects at a time.- Maintain client relationships and retention of business.- Work with internal art department and sales department to monitor and advise on all elements of production.- Issue purchase orders to all vendors. Monitor all projects through print, manufacturing, and into distribution.- Communicate (phone / email) on a regular basis with the client as to the status of the job.
