As the Owner & Founder of Victory Lap ABA, I lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based practices, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. My role also involves working closely with families to understand their needs, setting and achieving organizational goals, and continuously enhancing the services provided.

- Develops and furthers curriculum that both follows a developmental sequence according to the latest research, yet allows for a level of personalization specific to each individual client- Facilitates as needed assessments and/or skill gap analyses- Identify common weaknesses among all clients struggling with particular points in the curriculum and compose methods to modify implementation and/or curriculum - Prototype, develop, and test programs and training materials in a variety of delivery modalities; then assessing program engagement, knowledge transfer and application.- Develop project plans and execute learning program reviews with department heads and subject matter experts to secure sign-off at project milestones to keep projects on time and within budget.- Oversee the development of parent training curriculum programs.- Integrate Big-6 ideas and concepts with current programs.- Maintains ongoing training, proficiency and compliance with BACB accreditation

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for each assigned client, and assist in the development of behavioral goals and treatment recommendations - Construct trend analysis of client improvement- Provide behavior plan training to direct therapists- Conduct clinical and quality improvement chart audits

- Develop behavioral health related training curriculum and conduct training for clinical therapists and other departmental staff - Provide clinical supervision and coaching for evidence based treatment models - Maintains ongoing training, proficiency and compliance with OASAS accreditation  - Perform specialized tasks, including administration of Naloxone  - Conduct clinical and quality improvement chart audits - Act as a casework consultant to other clinical therapists and departmental staff - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, implementing behavior management systems and conducting crisis intervention counseling as necessary

- Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals - Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community - Maintains ongoing training, proficiency and compliance with CARF accreditation  - Provide training and consultation to treatment and security staff on clinical methods and procedures related to rape, violence, and suicide - Works cooperatively in weekly individual supervision with Clinical Team Leader for clinical and administrative supervision - Conducted individual and group counseling sessions, implementing behavior management systems and conducting crisis intervention counseling as necessary

- Collaborate with attending physician, discharge planners and nursing staff regarding safety, treatment and continuum of care - Maintains ongoing training, proficiency and compliance with OPWDD accreditation - Collaborate with referral source, Community Habilitation, and other continuing care providers - Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical meetings as assigned - Thoroughly complete psychosocial assessments - Attends treatment team meetings prepared to review patient progress toward goals, treatment and discharge plans - Assisted in designing a program that encouraged access to community activities and resources while also targeting goals set in an Individual Service Plan (ISP)
