I was involved in the planning and creation of our online panel QueOpinas.com. This was the second time I was involved on launching a national representative Hispanic panel.I managed our top accounts in the U.S. and Latin-America, responsible of project execution including questionnaire design, online programming, sample strategies and delivery of final reports to clients. I started at Offerwise as employee number four, being the first Project Manager, then hired and trained a team of managers in Argentina, Brazil, India, Mexico and the U.S.

Garcia Research launched one of the first online Hispanic panels in the US. I started as panel manager designing and executing recruitment campaigns and evaluating and managing recruitment providers. I was involved with community management, customer service , rewards management and evaluation and implementation of new content for the panel's website.After a few months, I transitioned to project management where I was in charge of feasibility evaluation, planning and execution of online projects, leading a team of programmers in our office in Mexico. I was the main contact with clients and was in charge of the internal and external communication of the projects.
