Vendor selection, exception process and regional supplier metric development (including rate card, non-preferred supplier usage, tenure exception and break in service exception), review all Professional Services SOW requests for managed resource program compliance, support company-wide objectives to reduce contingent labor costs and drive efficiencies within the program.
