I am an experience customer service representative (CSR) seeking the opportunity to help people and for advancement in my career. I was able to become a floor support CSR within my first six months and an Interim Supervisor within a year of employment at my current job because of a pattern of excellence, which I continue to maintain. Because of my desire to constantly improve, I will continue to look for ways to meet higher standards of excellence. My leadership style is a hybrid of the Coach, Servant and Visionary styles with an emphasis on the Servant style and influences from the Transformational and Transactional styles. This is because I am good at immediately recognizing strengths of individuals and strategizing a way to use my team’s strength to overcome their weaknesses, like a Coach. I assist them in achieving fulfillment through accomplishment, recognizing that fulfilling their needs doesn’t always fulfill their wants, like a Servant. And I also tend to bring positive change by inspiring and earning the trust of my employees, like a Visionary. I believe it is these qualities as well as my commitment to CSR development that make me a prime candidate for advancement.
