Responsibilities included: Board Development, Financial Oversight, Preparation of Annual Budget, Engaging Board Members, Leading teams of professionals in the shaping of long-term goals in a collaborative setting.Ongoing programs include:MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONSLed over 70 creative teams of productions on the Main Stage as “Collaborator-in-Chief”- chose material, developed material, assembled artistic staff, hired actors, produced the work, often served as Publicist and shepherded the entire artistic process to award-winning results. YOUNG PLAYWRIGHTS FESTIVALThe only nationwide competition that produces the work of playwrights 19 years of age and younger. In 30 years, dramaturged, mentored and produced 360 plays by teenagers. These writers have gone on to become Tony Winners, Pulitzer Prize finalists, etc.LIVING ROOM SERIES31 year old program that produces over 30 new plays a year in developmental workshop productions presented free to the community now available online. Offers strong dramaturgical inspiration to allow artists to develop and hone their work. Many of the plays go on to full productions throughout the world.APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMEnvisioned, created, realized and supervise a flagship Apprenticeship program. Each summer students from all over the world are given invaluable hands-on immersion training in theatre and are an integral part of the production team for the Young Playwrights Festival. The program is free of charge.

Produced the "You Can't Stop the Beat" video during the shut-down to support the Actor's Fund: the video has nearly 3 million views and raised thousands of dollars for the Fund's work protecting the lives of entertainment professionals across the country. Duties include serving on Marketing/Outreach Committee, creating new ideas and initiatives to further the brand of the Actor’s Fund, consulting on issues of outreach to local entertainment community as well as act as liaison to government communities and helping bring social media presence and other modern marketing initiatives to this 135 year old organization.
