Hello, my name is Dan and I work as an Accessibility Specialist at Level Playing Field, Inc (LPF).My journey into accessible and universal design began during my graduate education in architecture at the University of Calgary (SAPL 2022). Studying architectural design and how accessibility can be incorporated put me on the trajectory to where I am today. I became fascinated with the subject matter and relish the opportunity to help make our built environment more accessible for everyone.I came to LPF from Stantec Architecture Ltd. where I worked as an Intern Architect for a year. My experience at Stantec taught me the basics of professional architectural design and equipped me with tools to be successful as a specialist working in an architectural context.When I'm not working I spend time with my partner Erin and our dog Pippin, cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays, or play some video games with my friends.
