• system maintenance, upgrades, installations in a Windows environment (voice, SQL database, application servers, workstations under Active Directory);
• feature testing, technical training and writing working procedures;

• radio feature integrations in the 112 application;
• implementing the legacy mobile location project based on Cell-Id;
