Accountable for the successful coordination of 4 technical compartments within the 112 system, managing tasks such as system interconnection, voice platforms administration, business intelligence, and helpdesk support. Main responsabilities: •Ensured compliance with technical standards and analyzed/implemented national and European regulations for the 112 system. •Managed integrations, interconnections, and proposed regulatory texts for European regulations adoption in national laws. •Conducted risk assessments, implemented mitigation measures, proposed technical solutions, and authored tender books. •Evaluated technical aspects of tender offers for European funded projects and contributed to NG112 migration activities. Main achievements: •Led the coordination efforts for the implementation of mobile call location solutions, including Advanced Mobile Location and enhanced mobile network location; •Served as a designated expert for the European Commission and various committees/groups, including the CNECT EG112, ITS NG eCall Expert Group and member of the Tech&Ops Committee of the European Emergency Number Association (EENA). •Acted as liaison officer for the national Mobile Network Operators, the National Communications Regulation Authority, relevant stakeholders like Google, Apple, Huawei, EENA; •Actively participated in conferences, workshops, webinars, and projects at the European level. I gave a special attention to creating proactive teams with responsible and confident team leaders, to share the workload with and to keep a pozitive atmosphere at work in stressful periods.

I oversaw enhancements to the 112 system with a focus on optimizing functionality and implementing new features.Key responsibilities included project implementation, feature testing, technical writing, business analysis, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and designing workflows and procedures.Key achievements: •Successfully coordinated the deployment of the 113 SMS service for persons with disabilities. •Implemented an EU-funded project facilitating the transmission of case data from the 112 system to mobile intervention resources. •Presented the R&D project EMYNOS project results in a live demo pilot to EC officers, obtaining necessary approvals, after contributing to the deliverables and coordinating the integration of its features into the 112 legacy system . •Submitted proposals to amend the EECC to European Parliament members as member in the Expert Group in Brussels in 2017.

I was an engineer in the compartment responsible to ensure access to services and communications for the President and other Public Authorities. Main responsibilities and activities: •maintenance and administration of special communications equipment (telephony and transport); •maintenance of transport networks (copper and FO); •field access engineer.

I was one of the first admins of the 112 system in Romania responsible for: •system maintenance, upgrades, installations in a Windows environment (voice, SQL database, application servers, workstations under Active Directory); •feature testing, technical training and writing working procedures; •troubleshooting and fast intervention, on call support. Main activities: •radio feature integrations in the 112 application; •implementing the legacy mobile location project based on Cell-Id; •analysis and assessment of various emergency calls processing solutions.
