Results include helping APJ region achieve best sales attainment on numerous occasions, pioneering GTM sales plays, working with PR and press, and more.

Incubated and launched a new team around go-to-market and best practices for emerging trends and technologies (covering “cloud”, “mobile” and “digital experience”) using the WebCenter and Middleware product portfolio. This was a small dedicated team of top Sales Consultants across APAC. They focused on end-to-end development and delivery of new IP (incl white papers and prototype product development), working with enterprise customers, internal sales teams as well as the partner ecosystem.

After Oracle's acquisition and integration of FatWire Software in Sept 2011 and following a 9-month long APAC enablement/integration/planning tour, I took over the WebCenter Sales Consulting organisation, leading and growing a team of 30+ amazing Sales Consultants across 7 countries covering all of the APAC region and with 3 main product suites in our portfolio.

FatWire Software acquired Future Tense Solution at the very end of 2007, whereafter Daniel relocated from Melbourne to Sydney to set up and run their new regional office in a General Manager capacity (that office eventually became the Australian head office).Daniel lead the overall Customer Success functions incl presales and consulting services business, with P&L responsibility, great utilisation and a growing team of senior consultants across Melbourne and Sydney. Daniel was also deeply involved with key accounts lead architect for APAC.

We created Future Tense Solutions as 3 colleagues in August 2003 to provide superior Web Content Management Solutions to Australia's enterprises. The company was successfully involved in several high-profile implementations (including Hutchison Telecoms and Olympus) and had a presence in the 3 major states of Australia.I performed roles as CTO and Account Executive, involved with everything from presales to project delivery, consulting and development.

Providing technical advise to internal support staff, consultants and implementation partners in the areas of content management best-practices. Reporting to VP of International Services.

Working as the systems architect for the two co-founders, Daniel created and deployed a large-scale agile Intranet infrastructure and Web Content Management Solution (both custom-built software I created from scratch) on a contract for one of Scandinavia's largest distributors of mobile phones, printers and telefaxes.
