This created a logistical nightmare that Microtri.ch addressed with recycling solutions designed to solve this issue. We created tailored solutions for sorting recycling at your appartment, home, office and community.This project was boot strapped and returned a positive ROI within 12 months.

Short term contrat to help BRP Asia-Pacific division (APAC) with the transition of a role in the Operations division:- Responsible for all product shipment scheduling and forecasting from manufacturing plants towards the APAC markets- Process improvement, report automation and implementation of a clear governance on production schedules, transit and inventory- Document the role and ensure transition to the new resource hired for a longer term basis
