-Enhanced the OCR’s qualitative data by conducting interviews with attorneys, children, family, and system stakeholders, conducting court observations, and other tasks to assist in program evaluation-Documented billing similarities and differences between attorneys, appointment types, judicial districts and other parameters-Evaluated, standardized, and addressed periodic risk-based sampling, file audits, verification of active appointment status, and other oversight activities-Produced summary analyses of districts or groups of contractors identifying district needs - developed and supported methods for analyzing anomalies or trends among attorneys, judicial districts, and other entities-Supported Staff Attorneys serving as OCR’s District Liaison in Colorado’s 22 Judicial Districts by organizing and maintaining standardized district files reflecting key correspondence, communications, and institutional memory (i.e. electronic district files, contacts, and correspondence)

-Provide full administrative support for high-volume civil litigation/oil & gas law firm.-Deliver legal documents to district and federal courthouses, other law firms, and State Administration buildings etc. -Assist attorneys with various administrative duties such as preparing files,documents, and office space for trials, conferences, and depositions.-Assist with client intake, offsite document filing, and State/Federal E-Filing..-Occasionally serve in supervisory role over 4 other aides.

-Worked directly and indirectly with constituents on cases dealing with federal institutions such as the VA, IRS, and SSA.-Assist District Director and Rep. Doggett in staffing/coordinating fundraising/speaking events.-Performed research on legislative issues, current events, and local issues within Austin/San Antonio communities.-Provided assistance in recording the Congressman’s interactions with constituents at town halls on tax policy and gun control issues.-Corresponded with community issue leaders, documenting grievances and potential action that constituents wish to see. - Utilize Intranet Quorum (IQ) database software to create and maintain constituent opinion profiles, feedback logs, and casework history.
