I am an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years post graduate experience. I am currently working for Christopher Smith Associates as an Associate Quantity Surveyor.I have specialized in the Retail sector, successfully delivering 19 New build stores for a leading supermarket chain, and personally winning 2 supplier awards in recognition of the high quality of service provided to my client.More recently I have been been working in the large warehouse and distribution center market and have just completed a new 500,000 sq ft high bay distribution warehouse for ASDA Stores Ltd. I am currently working on a scheme to provide 2 new Units for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on both projects.

  2013 - Present Day - Working as Project Quantity Surveyor & Employers Agent for a number of leading developers, developing Logistics and Warehousing projects ranging in size from 15,000sqft upto 500,000sqft, both single plot and multi unit sites, including associated Infrastructure works.From Sept 2000 to 2014 Project Quantity Surveyor on ASDA New stores team. Project Surveyor on 19 new store projects from inception to completion and agreement of final accounts. At a combined value in excess of £257m and over half million sq ft nett of new sales floor space, including associated Car parking and infrastructure works ranging in value from £7m for a Fitout to £22.5m for a full new build with infrastructure.During this time I also provided desktop and initial feasibility costing to assist ASDA in the preparation of development bids, project viability and Planning enhancements.
