Having graduated college in the midst of the “Great Recession”, I humbly accepted a job with the call center for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Through perseverance and networking, I climbed my way into Recruitment where an undiscovered passion for connecting with people surfaced. Through this, I was exposed to campus recruiting and eventually switched careers going into Career Services at CSU Long Beach where I developed several interpersonal skills and found a commitment to DEI efforts in the corporate setting. It’s this combination of experiences that has perfectly prepared me for his current role as an Early Career Recruiter with NBCUniversal, where I support full-cycle recruitment for internships in Entertainment and Universal Studio Group.
