Over 10 years, I have focused on gaining experience from a multitude of kitchens ranging from high volume fast-casual dining to fine-dining concepts. Being a key player in expansion and training from early on allowed me to find my passion for helping a company develop and/or expand. My focuses include reducing waste, streamlining standard operating procedures and optimizing over-all productivity. Menu development, designing facility layouts, and creating successful training and retention programs are several areas of expertise. Currently I am the Store Manager of Torotea, Diamond Bar in Southern California.
