Responsibilities including driving key developments and Client requests. • Leading a feature team of 12 offshore resources to deliver changes across the platform as a result of industry change (such as Eurex NextGen, CME SPAN2), regulatory impacts or Client requests• Prioritizing development taking into account existing resource and business priorities• JIRA management; backlog refinement, creating stories with clear and concise requirements, EPIC management, SPRINT plans• Bi-weekly senior management meetings to demonstrate key deliverables across the platform• Oversight manager for 2 offshore resources responsible for completing daily checks & controls and building of custom reports for Futures + Options Clients• Project experience across the platform, with experience across change management including impact analysis, development involvment including testing plans, internal & external communication, timeline management and escalation of critical risks to project management• Escalation contact across London, Paris & Asia for reporting requests• Onboarding contact for new business, ensuring that any bespoke reporting requirements is captured with direct Client communication

• Client Booking Entity migration from a Portal and Reporting perspective, involving runback task ownership, issue identification + resolution• Leading 2 Business Analysts globally (London + Chicago) to successfully migrate Legacy Reporting Systems within an aggressive timeframe, involving Client Communication, timeline management & presentation of project status to senior management• Lead on SFTP migration, involving internal meetings/discussions with Operations & Networks teams, ensuring no degradation to production• Acting as bridge between Operations & ITEC to make Portal developments, reporting developments & bespoke process creation/enhancement• Utilised JIRA within the AGILE methodology to have changes successfully managed and released into Production, this includes Development team meetings and Communication management• Documenting requirements both internally and externally, to successfully launch projects that impact Clients• Analysing large amounts of data to define requirements and suggestions on a project basis, focused on legacy platform decommissions to allow the business a cost-efficient approach• Key point of contact for new relationship onboarding, to cover reporting and connectivity points• Writing and releasing Standard Operating Procedures, including holding regular internal training sessions to share information & best practices

• Building bespoke reports for Listed Derivatives Clients in Web Intelligence to meet Clients specifications• Hosting and providing Clients demonstrations of the Societe Generale Client Portal both in person and utilising WEBEX• Responsible for loading prospective Clients (Listed Futures & Options) portfolios into a test environment, allowing Margin simulations for RISK analysis• Drafting and releasing consistent and tangible improvements to the Client platform, including Trade Matching and Report Builder - promoting operational efficiency internally and for Clients• Strong relationship built with the IT department to work on reporting and platform initiatives
