With over 12 years of experience in computer engineering, I am an executive PDO and PMO manager at Atento, the largest customer relationship management and business process outsourcing company in Latin America. I have an MBA in Governance, Projects and IT Services from UFRJ, and I am pursuing a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence Engineering from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.In this role, I lead project portfolio management, the customer journey, organizational design and innovation. I am certified as a PSM® and SAFe Agilist®, and apply the best practices of agile methodologies and digital transformation. I am passionate about technology, a mentor through volunteering and lean attitudes. My goal is to contribute to the continuous improvement of the services, products and experiences that Atento offers to its customers and employees.
