Major Defence Procurement Programme - Delivered 9.5% saving (£65m) on major sub-contracts. Leading a team of 8 consultants, we delivered a saving of £65m by working alongside the supply chain team to find opportunities and by coaching buyers to deliver those savings. I led negotiations with the largest UK defence sub contractors and supported regular board to board discussions with Directors, helping them to deliver savings.

We worked to integrate health and social care providers to provide better outcomes for service users in the area. --Charity Sector - Contactless Water Pump Payment Rollout. I developed training materials to further help the rollout of the water pump programme to wider communities.
