- Developing and responsibly managing the water conservation program.- Establishing relationships with community members, community organization representatives, and stakeholders to foster support and partnerships for advancing water conservation efforts in the City of Houston and across the State.- Establishing and monitoring metrics to evaluate the efficacy of water conservation programs and reporting protocols.- Supporting long-range forecasting, planning, and goal setting for the company's water resources.- Monitoring federal, state, and local requirements and regulations relevant to water conservation, water resource management, and public water providers, and ensuring program compliance.

- Conduct research on the intersection of cannabis agriculture and land use change with humans and wildlife. - Primary tasks include sorting and identifying photos from camera and drift fences collected from Hopland Research and Extension Center and Angelo Coast Range Reserve for field experiments on light and noise disturbance. - Bi-weekly check-ins coordinating with other assistants and research lead. Other secondary duties include reading relevant papers and manuals, learning R analyses, sorting other data, and using software products including but not limited to Box, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive.

Committed to an aggressive weekly schedule of daily practices, meetings, and in-state/out-of-state competition in season while liaising with the coaching staff on an ongoing basis to enhance team cohesiveness.
