At the beginning of the pandemic, I made an important decision: to invest in my personal growth and start learning English. I believed this skill would open new doors for my career—and it did. In 2021, I traveled to South Africa to improve my English, and the results went beyond my expectations. As my English reached an intermediate level, new opportunities started to appear.Today, I’m a Concierge Senior and Lifestyle Manager at Ten Group. Previously, I worked for two and a half years in high-end international tourism, specializing in UHNW luxury travel services. Now, as a Keeper, I support our large operation by assisting with questions and providing general guidance across multiple teams. This position has given me extensive knowledge of international tourism and travel processes. Through these daily challenges, I’ve continued to improve my English and grow professionally. In June 2023, I decided to take another step toward personal and professional growth, and I had the chance to work at Ten Group’s office in Cape Town. This experience not only expanded my horizons but also allowed me to share my skills in an international setting. I also took the opportunity to earn a new English certificate, adding to my professional profile.With gratitude and excitement, I’m now ready for the next challenge: learning Spanish and exploring new cultural and professional frontiers.
