Regional User Support Manager for the Geospatial, Communications, & Utilities software support group in the USA.

Truck Load routes in SE and Mid-west U.S.A. This was an interesting job I took after the USAF reworked its Support contract with Intergraph. After a 3-week training period I spent the entire year traveling across the country picking up and delivering goods in support of our nation's GDP!

I began my career with Intergraph in the Training office, providing in-house and on-site courses to our nation's GIS and mapping companies and agencies. After that I transitioned to a Support, Certification, and Training role; writing course guides, testing new software, and supporting Users. I then spent four years providing Technical Marketing support to new and prospective geospatial Users. Opportunities in online businesses placed me in the Web Marketing group for a year, before moving to Florida in support of the Federal Systems geospatial services organization. I spent the better part of the next 10 years on-site providing geospatial technical expertise and assistance to the Eglin Air Force Base natural resources, test wing, and civil engineering organizations.
