●Lead engineering team responsible for new product development. Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, motivating & developing superior product engineering team members. Review team competencies & build employee skill sets based upon technical requirements & business needs.●Develop procedures/controls to promote optimum information flow. First member hired into the iWerks team. iWerks was the innovation center for Elkay Manufacturing Company. This division is composed of a small group of innovators that was charged with creating new product designs and business units for Elkay.
