• Manage Network and Infrastructure team of Stevenson University.
• Responsible for the operation of two full function data centers.
• Develop, establish, and enhance IT standards and procedures. Proactively develop strategies for prompt resolutions to IT data security and privacy.
• Install, configure, monitor, support and troubleshoot all infrastructure related hardware.
• Identify, research, and propose new technologies, services, and/or products to enhance the functionality, and/or cost effectiveness of the university's infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve the university's network and enterprise systems to provide maximum performance and reliability.

• Manage maintenance/upgrades of all infrastructure systems LANs, WANs, internet,security, and wireless implementations.
• Manage maintenance/upgrades of all Intel server, workstation, and Cisco Unity systemhardware and software.
• Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
• Manage IT Operations Team operational and strategic planning, including businessrequirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending andinitiatives.
• Formulate and deploy short-term and long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enablingefficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies.

• Provide remote and onsite associate support for all Domino and Lotus Applications
• Setup and maintain environments for Lotus Domino Server, Sametime, Traveler, and Lotus Notes Clients.
• Adhere to Information and Technology budgets, which include the purchase of computer supplies, computer equipment, network equipment software, and software licenses.
• Prepare reports, commentary, instructional manuals for documentation of program development and for user support and instruction.
