Enhanced analytics for small businesses and college classrooms

- I was in charge of running over 10 locations all within Los Angeles County. My goal was to make sure that every one of them maintains profitability, has all the vital items in stock, and a team that delivers positive customer experience.- I opened new branches of the company; 1 new branch every 2 months.- I oversaw daily business operations of 13 locations.- I analyzed financials which includes payroll and expenses to maintain profitability.- I had a strong rapport with ownership through proactive and on-going communication; keep owner informed of my initiatives and customers' experience.- I delegated duties and tasks across the team but always am willing to be hands on and lead by example without hesitation.- I addressed concerns and issues from customers and staff in an attentive, caring, and professional manner.- I ensured compliance with local and state requirements for licensing and permits.- I hired and train new staff including supervisors.
