I manage our Netapp Clusters. I managed our Netapp conversion from a 7-Mode single HA pair to an 8 node c-dot cluster with a 2 node snapmirror target. I installed and manage our Netapp EF550 all-flash array for Splunk and VDI. I set up and manage our Nimble Clusters. I installed and manage our UCS platform that started with only VDI and has now grown to be our primary datacenter platform for VDI, Hyper-v, VMware, and Red Hat. I manage 7 UCS domains 4 of them are Flexpods. I have setup 3 Data Domain Clusters. I setup Nutanix and Cisco's HyperFlex as part of our HCI comparison testing.

I manage the Wired and Wireless network at Samford University. On the wired side that includes 400 Ethernet switches with 1 3com 8800,1 3com 7700, 20 3com 5500s and 378 3com 4500s which are combined in various ways to form over 130 stacks.This comes out to a total port count of nearly 10,500 ports that I manage. I sort the voice, video, and data all out on separate VLANS and I manage the data flow for the Faculty, Staff, and Students using Procera networks traffic shaping products. I also manage over 356 Cisco wireless access points using Cisco's Wireless access controllers and Wireless Control System.

Departmental manager with network administrator reporting directly to me along with assisting Vice President in managing and directing help-desk. Oversaw management of bladed server farm as well as our VMWare implementation. Managed all infrastructure both office and warehousing systems.

I was the Network Department Manager. I reported to the VP of Engineering. I managed the Communications and Server Infrastructure. I also managed all of the CAD systems and worked with a software development company to design and implement a drawing storage system that allowed multiple engineers to check out drawings and modify them. This created a revision system and an internal cloud design before the cloud was a buzz word.
