• Supported audit engagements for clients ranging from 70 to 300+ million in annual revenue. Tasks included setting up testing templates for internal controls, as well as conducting risk assessments for the hiring processes and equity transactions of public tech companies.• Assisted an automation project to facilitate the audit of employee permissions within AWS resources. Drafted a Python program to flag users with unnecessary access to cloud servers, posing a security risk. Created documentation for the project, including a high-level flow chart generated using MS Visio.

• Volunteered at the New Venture Lab, a student-run firm that connects local entrepreneurs with free consulting services from university students. Collaborated with a team of students to examine the financial statements of a local bakery to develop a cost-benefit and vertical analysis.• Brainstormed marketing ideas with the team to increase brand visibility on campus and total sales, keeping in mind the company’s limited budget. Generated a marketing proposal that culminated in a final group presentation to the owner.

• Completed multiple projects using PowerQuery to streamline the cleaning of quarterly revenue reports from Oracle and Salesforce. Created documentation to record the data source for each query, explain its need for reporting tasks, and outline how to update source files. • Evaluated mis-forecasted deals and identified reasons for revenue actual discrepancies through examination of contracts and Salesforce orders. Analyzed the revenue impact of software perpetual buyout options on future forecasts.• Completed an exploratory project to investigate figures related to bookings credit and services billing. Commented on the reliability of each finding to convey which figures should be used for services billing revenue projections and presented results to VP of Finance.

• Reviewed customer datasets in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and facilitate KPI revenue reporting initiatives in Salesforce. Cleaned data of 300+ customers by scrubbing inactive accounts, fixing inaccuracies, and adding improved data fields. • Presented weekly stand-ups of work progress to business owners and discussed overall trends, including categories of inaccurate data and recommended training to resolve recurring data issues.
