We are proud to connect our industry experts with our clients as well as provide rewarding careers for technology professionals we place.- Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle including: sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, interview coordination/feedback, and background checks.- Full cycle recruiting of technical positions in infrastructure, app dev, data engineers, and functional roles including; software developers (Java, .Net, Salesforce and JavaScript technologies to name a few) network, cloud and systems engineers (Azure, Windows, Linux, Cisco, VMWare, etc.), analytics/BI (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.) help desk and desktop support, project managers, agile product owners, business analysts, and IT Directors and Program Managers for a wide variety of clients across the country. - Conduct skills testing, in person interviews, and managerial reference checks as part of the screening process.- Participate in weekly business meetings providing updates and progress to Account Managers.- Build professional relationships with consultants and provide excellent customer service.- Make weekly follow ups with new hires to address any questions or concerns.Successfully sources and places contract hires for clients within financial, litigation, insurance, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and software industries.- Coordinates supplemental resume sourcing efforts with offshore recruiting teams - Assists in on-boarding of new contractors including eVerification process, H1B visa letters, and onboarding of third party vendors. - Conducts online and in person interviews with candidates and acts as point of contact once candidate is engaged in an assignment
