Danielle is a fourth-year student working towards her Bachelor of Social Work at Thompson Rivers University. She is a creative professional with strong leadership and relationship buildings skills. She is experienced in delivering customer service and being a team player in many different environments. She is also experienced in providing one-on-one care, companionship, and support to various diverse older adults. Danielle was born and raised in a small town called Smithers but moved to Kamloops to pursue her passion for school, as well as broaden her living experience. She aspires to live a healthy lifestyle that involves eating well and exercising. She has a one-year-old daughter and a long term partner that both carry her heart. She is fascinated with people and loves to form interpersonal relationships with others. Until she gets a BSW, she will continue to be a caregiver as she loves the opportunity it gives her to interact and connect with many different groups of people. Her life-long goal is to be able to make a difference in an individual's life and she cannot wait to do so professionally.
