Working closely with the Oceania FSO Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) Leader the role affords me an opportunity to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns and programs that build brand, reputation and relationships for EY’s financial services team in Oceania. I am an organised self-starter with strong marketing experience in the professional services marketing environment. I have strong written and verbal communication skills, project management and campaign management experience. People skills are essential to ensure successful relationships are developed with a broad cross-section of internal and external stakeholders.

As a team member in the BMC Campaigns team, I am assigned to campaigns as resourcing is required. This has allowed me to gain experience and exposure across a variety of service line and industry segments. Over the last 12 months, my main areas of focus have been in health and life sciences, growth markets, tax and on EY's women’s program.

Australian Diversified Business / Womens program / Tax

As marketing manager in the Real Estate and Sydney Marketing teams, I am responsible for developing the Oceania marketing strategy and developing and delivering on integrated programs within these teams. I am also responsible for contributing to whole of firm initiatives and programs.

I work closely with the Northern Region Marketing Leader and the Sydney Marketing team to implement National Marketing programs and local marketing initiatives in the Sydney market in order to build brand, reputation and relationships for the firm. As part of the marketing team, I create and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives including our Non-Executive Director program. I help to develop our global brand and collaborate with leaders and peers across the organisation.

During my time as Senior Marketing Coordinator - Client Programs I was responsible for integrating and executing marketing strategies across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, Transactions and resource channels including Mining and Metals and Oil & Gas. My scope of work included thought leadership, sponsorships, Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM)campaigns, conferences and events that built brand, reputation and relationships for the firm. I have successfully built strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing Managers, Senior Marketing Managers, Leaders of the firm and external stakeholders and suppliers.

As TAS Marketing Coordinator I was responsible for collaborating with team members in Australia and New Zealand to deliver upon TAS focused marketing strategies. I was instrumental in delivering on key client events and developing innovative programs that differentiated the Firm from others in the market. During this time I gained a fundamental understanding of the marketing function with exposure to programs in TAS, and on an ad-hoc basis service lines outside of TAS. In 2010 I was promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator.

While employed as the Finance Team Assistant at Ernst & Young I was responsible for varied administrative duties including filing, data entry and managing and ordering stationary and office supplies. I assisted with the coordination of team building activities and internal social functions. I took ownership of new starter introductions and set up in the office whilst also acting as a personal assistant to the National Finance Director
