• Shape leadership and impact of 26 Policy Programs and 6+ Public Programs through various actions/initiatives, including: developing infrastructure to improve communication and collaboration; refining the senior personnel hiring process; managing scholarship opportunities to promote equity and inclusion; creating reporting systems to highlight Programs’ success; and serving as a sounding board and connector for Programs experiencing challenges in management, personnel, or administrative issues• Monitor budgets grossing 80+ million in revenue to ensure funding projections are on track or to flag financial distress early; hold primary responsibility for an administrative budget of over $1.5M • Develop metrics to determine when Policy Programs should be developed, merged, or closed • Reframe Aspen Institute Board meeting materials to enhance understanding of Programs’ successes• Contribute to Aspen Institute-wide management including development of a new overhead structure, improving relations between Programs and Aspen’s hotel and conference center; reviewing Policy and Public Program salaries and title for pay and title equity; and influencing organizational policies for equity, sensibility, cost and impact
