Sr. Service Delivery Manager
Current• Oversight of approximately 120 assigned clients under the strategic partnership team while working as a primary contact for account servicing needs.• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client’s key operational and strategic decision makers, including the executive buyers.• Handle routine client requests including funding, eligibility, compliance inquiries, claim review, reporting requests, and other general inquiries.• Partner with internal departments to understand and resolve client issues during all phases of client engagement.• Provide issue resolution and service enhancements following proper procedures and process.• Create and present reviews with analysis of client-specific utilization, trends, and service level metrics.• Identify opportunities for increased participation with HealthEquity/Wageworks clients and work with internal and external contacts to ensure employee participation targets are met.• Support the sales team in the RFP process and identify opportunities to increase mix of products and services available to the client. • Maintaining various reporting and trackers to identify and track open and closed items.• Conducting regularly scheduled meetings with strategic partnership team and maintaining action log.
