• Managing the entire accounts payable process for a HVAC corporation to ensure all invoices are reviewed, entered, and paid in a timely manner in CE
• Reviewing job folders passed from dispatch to verify technicians service calls, purchase orders, and invoices are properly recorded in the system
• Processing an AP Aging report to select checks for the weekly check run

• Processing, documenting, and tracking the reconciliation of payments made to retrieve medical records on behalf of health plans
• Doing timely research on invoices that are received to ensure all invoices are assigned to the correct chart id for payment processing
• Validating the accuracy of patient’s information in OPM matches the invoices and patient list that are received
• Following up with providers regarding W-9s, chart information, and patient lists to ensure payments are processed accordingly
• Completing files in File Manager and documenting in OPM any research that is done on the file.

• Post invoices, expense reimbursements, room and boards–skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) into accounting software Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Process check requests to send out checks to vendors
• Process and Reconcile credit card transactions
• Utilizes communication to establish relations with sites and vendors

• Prepares cash and bank reconciliations on a daily basis
• Creates monthly financial statements and evaluates various accounts to book manual accruals
• Prepares monthly journal entries in the General Ledger
• Analyzes and reconciles balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis

• Performs year-end and interim auditing procedures
• Prepares work papers and other accounting reports
• Analyzes and performs computations of accruals, property and equipment, depreciation expense, etc.
• Reviews transaction in ledgers, prepared trial balances and simple financial statements using LSL computer software programs ie Caseware and IDEA

• Perform clerical duties in the purchasing department, including data entry, customer service, phone and email communication
• Assist in the purchasing order system software ie Jaggaer, in order for requisitions to be approved/completed
