Since joining Bridgespan in 2014, I have had the opportunity to work with nonprofits and philanthropies around the world on strategy and operating model questions. My focus has been on supporting leaders at global organizations - including INGOs, foundations and philanthropic collaboratives - working across several domains, including health, education, livelihoods, and poverty alleviation, with a focus on women and girls. I have advised them in developing their scaling strategies, as well as strengthening their organizations to best execute on strategy, and am passionate about bringing the lenses of gender equity and global equity to this work. I also was one of the founding members of Bridgespan's India office, from 2015-2017, building the team and working closely with Indian NGOs and foundations.
