Was part of the founding leadership team to start an afterschool network supporting quality, access and advocacy for out-of-school-time (OST) programs throughout the state of Nevada. Worked with legislators, advocates, parents, community, faith-based, for-profit, non-profit, community based and school based programs to define and build collaboration supporting quality OST programs throughout the state. Worked with representatives to support and pass NV Legislative bill to create standards that are appropriate for OST programs.

Overseeing programs, coordinating services, supervision, training, grant writing and management, budgeting, collaborations and partnerships.
