• Interpersonal Skills – I believe human resources are all businesses’ most critical asset, and building trust is fundamental to success both in and out of the workplace. This was a critical element in my previous position, as my success depended on people’s open and honest feedback, often following undesirable events or consequences.• Microsoft Office Applications – I have extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. In the past 4 years I have used those programs on a daily basis and gained in-depth knowledge and experience. I have years of experience in technical writing, and was often consulted by peers and management to review emails, statements, reports, and other written documentation.• Procedure Writing & Program Development – I collaborated with my peers and management to write, edit, and revise multiple procedures, as well as developed and implemented program implementation plans.• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking – Determining resolutions for complex challenges and overcoming obstacles are among my strengths.
