Provide seamless end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of quality people for RACV. Accountable for the entire recruitment process, supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers, delivering outstanding outcomes to achieve business needs and goals including:* End to end recruiting * Posting advertising campaigns* Proactively search for candidates in the market * Conduct screening interviews over the phone* Running Assessment centres* Support hiring managers * Management of scheduling interviews with candidates* Provide a high level of communication to candidates via various channels. * Manage reference checks, including Police checks (Working with Children/Visa) * Prepare contracts for successful candidates* Provide unsuccessful candidates with constructive feedback* Build rapport and maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders
