Human Resources Advisor
Working across the organisation to support stakeholders in respect of all HR processes and procedures providing day-to-day HR support to the team, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, salary queries, training & staff development, recruiting, and onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.• Supporting HR Business Partners in organizational changes.• Coaching stakeholders regarding Employment Law and Employee relations - leading on ER Casework.• Escalating unresolved matters to HR Business Partners.• Aid in coordinating Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information requests, ensuring compliance with established timescales.• Attend hearings and meetings by exception as the management representative to advise and take notes.• Coordinating employee relations meetings with employee, ensuring all documentation is received and all parties attend the meeting prepared.• Managing Occupational Health Referrals and working closely with line manager and employee to implement the recommendations from Occupation Health• Supporting the employee lifecycle• Supporting HR Business Partners with ad-hoc projects• Maintaining Data on HRIS Systems• Updating and upskilling our managers and employees through our communication channels• Promoting well-being and mental health through the Employee Assistance Programme service• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave• Reviewing absence level trends and highlight concerns to line managers on a monthly basis and supporting with absence management steps• Managing designated shared mailboxes and ensuring timely responses to all emails.• Electronic filing of documents with appropriate naming conventions.
