Trying to juggle all of life’s demands can be exhausting. Is it difficult to catch your breath and you are feeling overwhelmed? We can work together to identify how to care for you so that you can catch your breath and stop just getting through the day and be present to address your emotions. Relationships suffer when we are not fully present. We have developed attachments to primary caregivers that affect our relationships today. Whether you struggle with trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, grief, or perfectionism, talking to someone with tools to help can slow things down so you can be there for the people who depend on you. Sometimes it gets to the point where your relationships start to suffer because you have not taken time for yourself. We can work together as we define goals, develop a plan and tools that will last after therapy ends. I have experience in counseling families, couples, teens and individuals. I am dedicated to helping your family communicate and connect. I enjoy helping families as we explore what has been working and how to increase what you are already doing well!.
